Welcome to the Gallery To Go Artist Application. We are seeking local artists who produce small works of art for our vending machines. Due to the unique nature of our platform and the limited space available in our machines, we select only a small number of artists annually.

We receive a vast number of applications from talented artists, and are unable to respond individually to each application. However, every application is reviewed and remains active in our system. There is no need to reapply if you haven’t heard back from us—your artwork will continue to be considered for future opportunities as our themes and needs evolve. What size artwork will you produce for Gallery To Go, if selected? Please see notes below. *

Gallery To Go uses refurbished snack vending machines to sell artwork. All artwork must be small enough to fit in the vending slots, but large enough not to slide between the coils. Maximum size is typically 5 inches by 7 inches; minimum size is approximately 2 inches by 3 inches. A minimum thickness of approximately half an inch is required. These dimensions describe the package containing the artwork, not necessarily the artwork itself.

Proposed price range for your artworks? *

Please state the expected *retail* price of your artwork. Gallery To Go pays artists a wholesale price, typically 50% of expected retail price. Current retail price for Gallery To Go products ranges $5 to $25.

Are you able to produce large volumes of the artworks proposed? *

Accepted artists are assigned one or more slots in a machine, each slot requiring approximately 12 pieces of artwork to start, with backups required for restocking. If you are not experienced at mass producing small works of art, this may not be an appropriate opportunity.

At present, Gallery To Go works exclusively with local Las Vegas artists. Artists are expected to deliver merchandise to our downtown LV location if accepted for Gallery To Go.
